- SCAD established a training center in Distract Mastung in 2008-2009, and were trained 250 trainers in different trade like tailoring, embroidery and bag making.
- Program and English Language Program for woman in District Mastung.
- SCAD has also conducted several workshops and seminars on child rights, HIV/AIDS. Tuberculosis and Hepatitis in Noshki and Kharan.
- SCAD participate in different relief and Emergency work in different camps of Baluchistan.
- SCAD arranged a day long Seminar to create awareness among the women in Noshki on 9th October 2009.
- Computer Program started for Afghan Refugees and Host Communitied extremely vulnerable indiviuals.
- EVIs in Pishin and Loralia with the support of Social Education and Research Foundation Pakistan (SERF).
To bring change in the life of poor and needy people and realizing their full potential by providing them quality of opportunities especially to EVI's Extremely Vulnerable Individuals.

OUR ACIEVEMENTS
SCAD is working for the poor and needy people of the province awaking about the social evils prevailing in the Society and helping them to shun these evils. The SCAD with its limited resources has gained the following achievements.
Opened Qualitative Primary Education Institution in the areas where no such basic facilities were provided. SCAD with the community participation had established different primary schools, which are running successfully in remote areas of District Mastung, Kharan, Chaghai and has planning to expend it. For the first time SCAD has launched Female English Lanuguage, Computer and Coaching classes in the far-flung areas of these districts.
SCAD is running Basic Health Center with the help of Rahnuma Pakistan as the Family Planing Association of Pakistan (FPAP). This center is working for serving poor and marginalized people of kili Habbib, Sariab Road Quetta.
